Pelvic floor rehabilitation
Break Free From Pain & Discomfort
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that sits at the base of the pelvis, running from the tailbone to the pubic bone. These muscles play many roles in the body, including supporting the spine, controlling the bladder and bowel, supporting organs, and sexual function. Due to their many functions, issues can arise that cause dysfunction across multiple systems of the body. This includes the urinary, gastrointestinal, reproductive, and orthopedic systems. We take a holistic approach to healing, assessing the root cause of your symptoms and forming an individualized plan of care to help you achieve your goals.

“I have been going to Solstice PT for a few months now, and I cannot recommend them enough! Pelvic floor PT can be daunting at first, but they make the whole process easy. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. The best PT group out there, hands down!!”
— Kasey
“Erica is highly empathetic and warm! She gave me a proper diagnosis and made me feel optimistic about my situation. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each and every patient. I have been to other PT centers, and they don’t even compare to the way that Solstice operates.”
— Sara
“From the first phone call, to every therapy experience, I have been treated with great respect. My questions have been answered quickly, accurately, and with discretion. My complicated medical situation is improving after only 4 sessions. Highly recommend the clinic in NYC.”
