We are located on Fulton street, closer to the Nassau St corner. Our entrance is next to the entrance to the A, and C subways. We are across the street from Starbucks and GNC. Subway stops for Fulton St on the J, Z, A, C, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are closest to the office. Take the elevator to the 10th floor and follow signs for Sage Wellness. Have a seat when you get in, your therapist will come and get you.

We are located on Bond Street. Walk under the black awning that says “Dagim Kosher Fish Grill” and follow the alleyway. The first door on the left is the building entrance. Please push the door open (the knob doesn’t turn) and walk up to the 3rd floor. If the door is locked before 9am or after 6pm, press your therapist's name on the AlphaTouch keypad. The therapist will then buzz you in. The LIRR Great Neck stop is within walking distance. Parking: There is metered parking on Bond St. There is a municipal lot on Bond St & Grace Ave. ParkMobile App is available to use to pay for this parking.

We are within walking distance from the Metro North Scarsdale stop, which is located across the street from the clinic. The entrance is to the RIGHT of the building. We are located inside Pilates Therapy & Wellness. Parking: For parking, there is both street parking and metered for 1.5 hours; after 11am metered parking is available in the spots across the street.
